Dr. John Fox
Dr John Fox, local physician, and medical director of Evolve has been in practice for over 20 years. He resides in Nevada, MO with his family. He enjoys skiing in his off time, and is always a good sport about letting the girls practice newly learned skills on him!
Teresa Reed
FNP-C
Teresa Reed, family nurse practitioner, is one of our licensed injectors. She lives in Nevada with her three daughters and two dogs. She does the bulk of the running of the back end of Evolve, but manages to make time for some injections by appointment. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and goes as often as possible. Teresa’ favorite service is the Skin Pen Microneeding with PRP treatment.
Carly Domer
RN
Carly, RN, is one of our injectors. She lives in Nevada with her husband and three children. Carly enjoys doing cosmetic services and learning new skills in her off time. Carly’s favorite service is the Juvederm line of fillers.
Jennifer Meisenheimer
Esthetician
Jennifer, Esthetician, works full time at Evolve. She offers a multitude of treatments including massage, hair removal with either laser or waxing, facials, and radiofrequency skin tightening. Jennifer’s favorite service at Evolve is the laser hair removal.
